Evidence Against Trump: DOJ Has Enough for Charges and Possible Grand Jury Indictment

Trump’s Tweet is the Main Trigger

After the tweet rioters reacted
(They got more aggressive)

Trump reacts to FBI document seizure
(What documents???)

Document List from the FBI
(Many missing: Where are they)

A key part of the January 6 Capitol insurrection heard by the House Select committee from several key W/H insiders including Trump’s legal counsel, Pat Cipollone, reported on here from CNBC with this headline (video linked therein and below):

“Reaction to Trump’s tweet about Mike Pence”

The actual January 6 riot, the above key testimony, and since then the FBI classified documents seized on their raid at Mar-a-Lago, and the many classified pages found to be missing should be plenty to trigger a quick prosecution of Donald J. Trump and an immediate trial and then some very serious jail time for him.

Yes, such a prosecution would be unprecedented in presidential history, but it would be far worse not to proceed and bring him to justice since we as a nation solidly profess: “No one is above the law.”

His crimes are obvious for anyone with a fair and open mind.

The 3:34 minute committee video extract from the article is here [click and watch].

My 2 Cents: As I said and numerous legal experts and experienced prosecutors have stated is that there is a mountain of evidence of the many serious crimes committed by Trump.

My related posts are here, here, and here.

It’s not only Trump’s own words and the pile of evidence against him, but also his inaction as President while those events unfolded.

He did nothing but fan the flames of turmoil that nearly caused the total collapse of our entire democratic system. Now, he must be held accountable. That would be fair justice.

Thanks for stopping by.
