Trump saves ZTE — China then approves Ivanka trademark
license
A short post and a quick reminder with this question:
Why
are Trump loyalists mum on this: This is blatant quid pro quo without
any doubt and it benefits Ivanka Trump-Kushner and her foreign exports and by
extension: The entire Trump clan. So, why was the US in a
fight with Chinese phone maker and telecom giant, ZTE, and why did Trump want to end it?
• ZTE wasn't a well-known brand among
U.S. consumers until recently, when it got in a big trade fight with the U.S.
• ZTE violated U.S. trade rules by
selling products to Iran and North Korea with U.S.-made components.
• Then it was close to shutting down
until Trump stepped in and saved it.
• After Trump did, China approved
Ivanka's product line trademark license.
My 2
Cents: That is a very neat trick, but not everyone can pull off that kind of
scheme.
I have to
wonder what other stuff like this we don’t know about that the Trump clan is
deeply involved in?
Thanks
for stopping by.
