FL Federal District Judge Cannon is openly helping delay the
Mar-a-Lago classified docs trial to help Trump as long as possible and that is based on a number of opinions by legal experts and security personnel across all lines agree that
Judge Cannon is way in over her head on this issue — the most-serious of
all charges against Trump.
She misreads all sources on this case and she cites non-legal
reasons about Trump saying he could keep anything he wanted when he left the
W/H … the presidential records act (PRA) does not allow that – plus, all
official docs must go to (NARA) the National Archives as public property and
not as Trump’s personal property as he keeps saying that even involves highly classified
documents saying they are his property – they are not.
Now, witness #5 fromMar-a-Lago (Bradley Butler) has blown the whistle (interview click here from CNN) on the movement of boxes filled with T/S SCI docs and other such materials from Mar-a-Lago to Bedminster.
No one knew about that move just before the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago and took
hundreds of T/S (SCI) documents while being told: “That’s all of them” which we
now know was a lie (DOJ Certification is here). Trump’s lawyer Christina Bobb was tasked and instructed to certify to the
FBI and DOJ that all sensitive government documents stored at Mar-a-Lago and subpoenaed
by the Grand Jury had been returned, though she had not herself conducted the
search for the records ergo: she lied.
That false certification is
strong evidence at the center of the criminal investigation into obstruction of
justice against Trump after he assured the FBI no more DOCS were anywhere on
the property when there was.
Also, now Judge
Cannon wants the jury, without any security clearances, to review the docs. Her
proposal is as many legal experts have said, is an insane and illegal and
blatant interference with the law.
My 2 Cents: So, I ask: (1) where are the docs; (2) who has them; (3) what do they contain; and (4) why did Trump give them away? This is by far the most-critical charge against Trump right next to the January 6 insurrection.
It is painfully clear to me that Judge Cannon has one
main goal in the FL Mar-a-Lago classified documents case: Delay for any trial
to save Trump, hoping he wins reelection and then he would nominate her to the
U.S. Supreme Court to replace possibly either Justice Thomas or Justice Alito
(just my hunch).
Either way she is stalling
at every turn to delay any trial for him as I outline above.
In short as numerous
expert has said, both Democrat and Republican and down the legal spectrum and
all very highly experienced legal experts.
FYI: As a young Marine, I had a Secret clearance from 1961-1970 while serving in Korea with the Naval Advisory Group at ROKMC HQ and elsewhere. Since 1970 and still until today, I have had a Top Secret (SCI) clearance from my previous intelligence field work worldwide.
On this most-serious case Judge Cannon seems more like a first year law student than a Federal judge.
I have
zero respect for Judge Cannon who is way out of step in her judicial decision-making and skills on this critical topic.
