Taylor Greene Armed & Ready: She is a Menace to Common Sense , Logic, and Rationality

The gun is bigger than her – I guess she likes ‘em big 

Thar she blows – the wackiest person ever in the House among a few others again mouthing off in this article from RAW STORY with this headline:

“War is coming – Marjorie Taylor Greene tests new conspiracy theory about violence”

It has been just a few weeks since Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) begged the anti-war group Codepink for a photo with their activists, but she's now beating the drum for war as she says she told them: “The war in Ukraine must END! Today, I met brave Codepink activists who protested for peace in Bernie Sanders’ office. He had 11 of them arrested! Peace & free speech shouldn’t be a partisan issue. We don’t agree on most things, but we do agree Congress should STOP fueling the war in Ukraine!”

Her ominous comment explained: “Washington wants war with Iran, which will pull in Turkey and Syria, maybe Saudis. Russia will likely sell weapons to Iran and NK too. Maybe nukes as well. What will India do? China? Both might play the long game and they will likely watch everyone blow themselves to pieces and be weakened and then either country can make a play for global dominance when it’s over.”

She then claimed this is why cable news is running non-stop coverage of the Israel-Hamas war: “To physiologically prepare you to support war, sending our troops, and paying for it all. It’s so you can stomach the flag draped [sic] coffins coming home and donate to all the charities supporting blown apart American soldiers. It's the idea that war feeds patriotism and wins elections and war is good for the economy tactic.”

She then went on to attack Neocon power trip funding of the Military-Industrial Complex proclaiming: “Get ready. War is coming. I’ll fight against it the whole way and inform you all every step of the way. But I’m going to need help.”

While Greene was sounding off about the U.S. aiding the war against Hamas, the conservative side of the Wall Street Journal blamed Iran for the attack, in a way that one reporter said was similar to the: “Destruction claims that Iraq had WMD's from Geo. W. Bush and Dick Cheney (remember that).”

Meanwhile, Donald Trump Jr., warned that Hamas is coming to the United States and urged Americans to buy AR-15’s quickly to defend their families.

My 2 Cents: I wonder how much crazier Taylor Greene and the cult Trump types can get – a hell of lot more, I’m sure.

Will it matter at the ballot box in 2024? Probably not, at least not with cult-hooked and ill-informed MAGA types wild-eyed and glued to Trump himself … but we will have to wait and see. 

However. I do have faith in the voters, but just to be sure, hang on tight. It might get a lot nastier and downright uglier along the way – bet on it.
