A few random thoughts from a very confused American, no, not me, from him.

Trump runs the country as a one-man  show as if we were his latest business acquisition, and he is national CEO with everyone else being his board  members – but it doesn’t happen that way in America and it never must.

Recall that Trump son-in-law (and senior adviser) Jared Kushner one said in an interview earlier this year: “We should have excellence in government … The government should be run like a great American company. Our hope is that we can achieve successes and efficiencies for our customers, who are the citizens.”

Ouch – so “We the People” are now merely Trump customers? 

FYI: There is no evidence that businesspeople make good politicians, and historians haven’t found any either BTW.

A big part of Trump’s appeal as a candidate was that he was going to bring his “on time and under budget” philosophy to Washington and run the country like one of is businesses (I also note: He filed 6 times for bankruptcy with billions in debt and bragged about it, too).

Done of that con talk has worked – not one iota. At nearly every turn, he has undermined his own agenda and string of promises (build beautiful Wall and Mexico will for it - how's that project working out)?

His administration is failing and thus as a nation, too, precisely because Trump is running the country like he ran his business.

Now, on top of being a poor businessman, it is more and more apparent daily that Trump with the Roy Moore mess (*the little girl chaser) and with a trusted aide Rob Porter and now speech writer David Sorensen (both wife-beaters) that Trump is a racist woman-hating unfaithful dishonest unscrupulous lying con-artist commonly known as a scoundrel.

He is the least-qualified, most-unformed, and least able-bodied of anyone who ever occupied the office and it shows by his actions and words and crazy tweets also daily, and sometimes in batches of tweets. His insults and name-calling are the markings of a childish bully, and unbecoming not only for any adult, but especially as our president that it nearly defies gravity itself.

Those who voted for him and those sticking by him should all hang their heads in shame – they are disgraceful and have levied that same disgrace on the nation, too.

With attitude of so many that follow him and the damage he surely is inflicting on the country it is extremely difficult to see how we ever recover from his presidency and get us back on some rational, logical, and right track – seems like it will take years and how unfortunate that is.
