GOP on Repealing Obama-Care: Never Give Up and Die Trying

Wile E. Coyote: Latest GOP Delivery System in Campaign to Repeal Obama-care

Introduction to this post: “Obama-care” is what we’ve all apparently decided to call the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) – the set of health reforms passed by the Congress and signed into law by President Obama in March 2010, and basically blessed by the Supreme Court.

The law itself touches on everything from how hospitals are reimbursed for care to whether chain restaurants post calorie counts on their menus. Generally, under “Obama-care” it will mean that the country through our democratic process will insure about 30 million or so Americans through subsidized private insurance or government-provided Medicaid.

Below is a great presentation from the Kaiser Family Foundation on Youtube that explains this whole thing better than most others (it’s about 7 minutes). It is both enjoyable and educational and quite clear.

I wonder how many GOPers have actually watched this sort of presentation. Certainly not Ted Cruz that’s for sure. And, here are a lot of facts — check them out. Enjoy the presentation.
